Bahan Roti Pizza:
- 250 gram tepung terigu.
- 200 ml susu cair hangat.
- 1 butir telur ayam.
- 4 gram ragi instant (fermipan).
- 3 sdm mentega.
- 3 sdm minyak goreng.
Bahan Topping:
- 2 buah bawang Bombay cincang halus.
- 2 buah sosis sapi/ayam (sesuai selera), potong tipis.
- 1 – 2 buah tomat, iris tipis.
- Daging cincang secukupnya, bisa diganti dengan kornet.
- 1 buah paprika, buang isinya lalu cincang kotak-kotak kecil. (Bisa diganti dengan jagung)
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 1 butir telur.
- Daun bawang cincang halus.
- Keju sesuai selera, lebih disarankan keju mozzarella.
- Saus tomat dan cabai secukupnya.
Cara membuat pizza hut sederhana ala rumahan dengan teflon
- Pertama-tama, campur tepung terigu dengan fermipan. Setelah itu, tambahkan mentega dan minyak. Aduk rata.
- Kemudian, masukkan telur dan susu. Aduk hingga adonan lembut, jika masih keras tambahkan telur/susu. Diamkan adonan selama kurang lebih 15 menit dan ditutup dengan kain serbet.
- Sambil menunggu adonan yang didiamkan, tumis bawang bawang putih, bawang Bombay, sosis, tomat, telur, dan paprika hingga harum.Kemudian tambahkan irisan daun bawang. Angkat.
- Setelah 15 menit, ambil adonan roti, ratakan ke atas teflon. Tusuk dengan garpu di seluruh permukaan roti agar adonan mengembang.
- Beri saus tomat dan cabai di atasnya. Setelah rata, oleskan bahan isi di atasnya hingga rata. Kemudian, taburi dengan keju.
- Jika sudah memberi topping, tutup adonan dan masak dengan api kecil selama 15 menit.
- Sajikan pizza selagi hangat bersama saus sambal.
